CO₂ Fire Extinguisher

A CO₂ Fire Extinguisher discharges carbon dioxide to suppress suitable fires without leaving powder or other residue. It is commonly installed near electrical panels, server equipment, machinery, laboratories, and other areas where residue from dry chemical extinguishers could be undesirable. CO₂ extinguishers must be selected and used according to the specific fire hazard.
